The below work was a product of an Early Career Teaching Academy that I participated in at Indiana University (IU) Indianapolis in 2025. I revised a scenario-based learning assignment in my graduate digital services management course (LIS-S555) to make it easier for students to understand what was expected of them by applying the TILT framework to it.
